NEWS BREAK: Man Brings Out a Gun to a South Memphis BDay Party After his kids Don't get any Cake

How real is that LMAO??

Police arrested a man in South Memphis on Saturday after he allegedly threatened the host of a child’s birthday party with a gun because his children didn’t get any cake or ice cream.
Joseph Hayes, 48, was arrested in the 1300 block of Clementine late Saturday night and was charged with aggravated assault.
According to a police affidavit, Hayes became upset and began yelling at the victim because “Y’all didn’t save my kids no damn ice cream and cake.”
Hayes then left the party and went to his apartment.
According to the affidavit, he returned with a small black handgun tucked into the back of his pants, approached the host, lifted up his shirt and said, “I ain’t scared to go to jail, just take care of my kids.”
The host then called police and said she was in fear of her life.
After being arrested, Hayes told police at 201 Poplar that he did not bring a gun to the party, just an object that looked like one when tucked in his pants, the affidavit says. Hayes’ bond is set at $30,000 and is scheduled to appear in court Monday.

Since the powerful growth of computer technology and internet, a new generation of culture has arose which has given us access to vast amounts of information. Back in 1983, Playboy set forth research for a sex poll to gain insight on how people think, view, and act behind closed doors.

Playboy recently released the results of the 2011 Sex Survey, giving us a snapshot of the influence our current digital age has had on human mating habits. Pretty wild stuff! To find out more, check out PLAYBOY’S 2011 SEX SURVEY RESULTS.

Tupac Back?? Hackers Strike PBS Network And Air Fake Story Of Pac And Biggie Being Alive

LMAO - It was the news so many people have always wanted to hear ,and many conspiracy theorists believe anyway, ''Tupac Still Alive In New Zealand''. Speculations can be put to a close and we can all celebrate right? WRONG!!

PBS was the target of hackers that posted the bogus story and it was an act of retaliation on the network.

LulzSec, a hacker group, has claimed credit for cracking PBS’s website and leaking its login credentials after an episode of its Frontline show–titled “WikiSecrets”–that put a critical spotlight on WikiLeaks and the suspected source of its troves of classified documents, Bradley Manning.

The story was quickly taken down but here's an excerpt from the story by CBS: "Prominent rapper Tupac has been found alive and well in a small resort in New Zealand, locals report. The small town - unnamed due to security risks - allegedly housed Tupac and Biggie Smalls (another rapper) for several years. One local, David File, recently passed away, leaving evidence and reports of Tupac's visit in a diary, which he requested be shipped to his family in the United States."

News Brief: Supreme Court Says Cops Can Kick Your Door Down If They Smell Weed

Damn! Even the crib ain’t a safe haven for tokers no more.

Via: The Gothamist:

The Supreme Court has ruled that if cops are passing by your hotbox and they smell reefer, they’re legally entitled to kick your door down without a warrant if they think you’re destroying evidence and you don’t open up. It’s going to mean big business for the rolled towel and incense companies, but a tough break for anyone who struggles with paranoia after doing a J.
In an 8-1 decision [pdf], the Supreme Court ruled that the Fourth Amendment, which states that “the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,” doesn’t apply here, because “‘the exigencies of the situation’ make the needs of law enforcement so compelling that [a] warrantless search is objectively reasonable under the Fourth Amendment.” The decision comes in response to a case that originated in Kentucky’s court system, in which:
Police officers in Lexington, Kentucky, followed a suspected drug dealer to an apartment complex. They smelled marijuana outside an apartment door, knocked loudly, and announced their presence. As soon as the officers began knocking, they heard noises coming from the apartment; the officers believed that these noises were consistent with the destruction of evidence. The officers announced their intent to enter the apartment, kicked in the door, and found respondent and others. They saw drugs in plain view during a protective sweep of the apartment and found additional evidence during a subsequent search.

Glade scented candles and Febreze ain’t enough protection no more. I guess it’s time to invest in a Vaporizer, something that operates without smoke.
