How to Do Smoke Tricks...
So, if you want to impress your friends with smoke tricks, this is the article for you. Some of these simple tricks can be performed best with a Hookah pipe, but a cigarette or a bong or pipe still work as well. Hookah works better mainly because the smoke is thicker and it is easier to inhale as opposed to cigarettes because Hookah smoke isn't too hot when it is inhaled. So the article will list tricks, difficulty rating (in my opinion) and a rating on how cool it looks (again in my opinion). However, these instructions follow if you are using a hookah so if smoking a cigarette/bong/pipe, you will have to improvise with the inhale timing.
Smoke Rings
- Difficulty: 8/10
- Impressiveness: 10/10
- Smoke rings are by far one of the hardest tricks to pull off but they are by far one of the coolest you can perform. Some people can blow a big ring and then blow a little ring through it (very cool).

Study Shows Women Who Gossip are Happier, Healthier
Ah shit.....

Want to be healthy and live longer ladies?
Gossiping may be just what the doctor ordered because it increases progesterone, a hormone that reduces anxiety and stress and makes women happier, according to an article in the London Daily Mail.
The research, at the University of Michigan, paired up 160 female students.
Half were instructed to ask each other questions meant to bring them closer together, while the rest worked in pairs on a joint activity that consisted of proofreading a botany paper. “Half the girls exchanged intimate details of their lives,” explains Stephanie Brown, psychologist and a professor of internal medicine at the University of Michigan, who led the research. “We wanted to see whether becoming close with another person would release the hormone progesterone, which we know is related to long term physical health and has anti-stress effects.”

Study Shows Black Men Live Longer In Prison Than Out
via: Reuters
Black men are half as likely to die at any given time if they're in prison than if they aren't, suggests a new study of North Carolina inmates.
The black prisoners seemed to be especially protected against alcohol- and drug-related deaths, as well as lethal accidents and certain chronic diseases.
But that pattern didn't hold for white men, who on the whole were slightly more likely to die in prison than outside, according to findings published in Annals of Epidemiology.
Researchers say it's not the first time a study has found lower death rates among certain groups of inmates -- particularly disadvantaged people, who might get protection against violent injuries and murder.
"Ironically, prisons are often the only provider of medical care accessible by these underserved and vulnerable Americans," said Hung-En Sung of the John Jay College of Criminal Justice in New York.
