Politrix: Tea Party Racist Antics

All things considered, now I know its probably a little unrealistic to expect or demand any more respect shown to this president then what was shown to any of our previous presidents of the past but damn its seems like all the hate has risen to an all time high and with never seen before new lows. The boy Bush got called stupid and even got a shoe thrown at em by an Iraqi boy on a Iraqi news network (here), Clinton smoked piff and got his mic rocked so many times he's now known as the only president to pimp the White House, but for Obama to be characterized as being in the same group with Hitler...somebody is a little more than frustrated. The psychological impacts of what Hitler and Vladimir Lenin did to the people, opposed to the psychological impacts of what president Obama is trying to do for the people are polar opposites. C'mon son, tell em why you are really mad! (lol)

Original post from YBF:
The NAACP has called the Tea Party Movement out for allowing racism to flow through their ranks and the constant insults thrown at President Barack Obama.

At their 101st annual convention in Kansas City, Missouri, the NAACP passed a resolution condemning the Tea Party Movement for what's been seen as rampant racism around the county.

The NAACP's resolution comes on the heel of a controversial billboard comparing President Barack Obama to Adolf Hitler and Vladimir Lenin. The billboard, posted by The North Iowa Tea Party chapter has ignited a heated debate about racism in the Tea Party.

In a statement, Ben Jealous, president and CEO of the NAACP said "We take no issue with the Tea Party. We believe in freedom of assembly and people raising their voices in a democracy."

"We take issue with the Tea Party's continued tolerance for bigotry and bigoted statements. The time has come for them to accept the responsibility that comes with influence and make clear there is no space for racism and anti-Semitism and other forms of bigotry in their movement."
