Relationship Files: Is This How You Feel About Women That Lead You On?

Can I get a soul clap?

Letter #05: Just Another Day

Young mula baby...
What’s poppin?!

Me, I’m good, figured I’d update my glorious fans again. Better sooner than later right? I’ll try to do this more frequently.

Well ain’t nothing going on in here but the time, which seems like it’s taking forever. I’m trying to make the most out of every second tho, mentally. There’s some pretty cool people in here. Even though this isn’t a cool place to be. I’ve learned plenty already and the best lesson is to not come back. Last night, I kicked ass in UNO! Anyway, that’s neither here nor there. Just thought I’d let y’all know. Gotta stay hydrated. Though it’s hot, I still work out. Now don’t be expecting me to look like Hercules when I get out, but I should be a little bulky. I guess. Anyways, please remember to always check for your name in the “thank yous”. I’m always reading letters and responding. Off the subject but hey Chris, I think you should team up with Kobe! Go Lakers! Hey Lindsey, glad it’s over doll. I should have written her huh? Young Money, you’re the best I ever had. Look out for Nino 3, and I Am Not A Human Being. Coming soon. Mother, I love you. Nae, you’re my angel. Lil Tunechi Jr., you’re the man. Lil Kam, you’re the best heartbreaker. Lil Neal, you’re the littler meatball.

I love you all!

Jay-Z x Nike Air Force 1 “All Black Everything” Collection

Ah hah! I originally heard about these a couple of weeks ago but apparently Nike has been releasing slightly different versions of them I'm guessing based on the popularity of fabrics used in different countries but nonetheless the Brazils are the dopest ones....my take: because of the patent leather finish; so now it's probably worth wild posting!

Quote of the Day

“I made it to the eye of the storm
feeling torn like they fed me to the lions
Before my time start to wind down like the Mayans
I show 'em how I got the grind down like a science”

XXL Eye Candy: Tahiry

Tahiry appears in the new XXL Eye Candy feature, in my opinion, defining beauty of having or being with a hood chic. I can remember a little over a yr ago seeing her in a bunch of Joe Buddens JoeBuddentv.com flicks and thinking she was kinda fly then, but kinda looking day-today ,scuffed up, and wearing a bunch of head wraps all the time but to now be able to crack the surface of getting a real shine on I think is dope. Me personally I guess I always kinda had a special thing for girls that come up from the bottom opposed to the ones that always been sitting on top!

CNN Report: Only 47% Percent Of African American Males Graduate Highschool!

And as you progress onto higher levels of education the numbers only get worse. Outta all the kids I went to school w/ besides myself my homeboy Vladymir is the only other kid I know with a Masters degree (MBA).

Working as a Project Mgr in the middle to upper mgmt of a health care facility I see the prominence of this statistic everyday in every way...the lack of education, turning into a lack of representation especially within the corporate structure. I got homegirls who are teachers so its definitely much luv to them for having the humility to dedicate for the lives of others but not being involved in the education industry myself sometimes I often fail to realize or remember these issues even exist or have been existing for the amount of time that they have been until I see the broadcast. Individual success is a funny thing...an illusion actually!

I think it's funny how some things seem so far away yet feel so close to home. Each one teach one! Blessings...

10 Signs The U.S. is Becoming a Third World Country

Hate to say it but it appears to be true yet other days I sit and watch my portfolio jump 2-3k per day. My suggestion...go buy a cat!

The United States by every measure is hanging on by a thread to its First World status. Saddled by debt, engaged in wars on multiple fronts with a rising police state at home, declining economic productivity, and wild currency fluctuations all threaten America’s future.

The general designations of the ranking system for world status date back to the 1950s, and have included countries at various stages of economic development. Since the Cold War, the definition has come to be synonymous with repressive countries where a wealthy class of ruling elites segment society into the haves and have-nots, many times capitalizing on the conditions that follow an economic crisis or war.

While much of the world is still mired in poverty, the reduced cost of innovative tools such as computing and connectivity ironically puts traditional Third World countries at the forefront of a new lean-and-mean economy that is based on ideas of empowerment for the disenfranchised. For better or worse, the world is leveling due to Globalism. However, America and other over-leveraged countries face this re-balancing of the globe at a time when they have dwindling resources. We can speculate about who and what is to blame for America’s fantastic fall, but for the purposes of this article we shall focus on the obvious signs that the United States is beginning to resemble a Third World country.

1. Rising unemployment and poverty: Unemployment numbers, food stamps, and home foreclosures continue to reach new record highs. The ugly reality of those numbers was recently on display when 30,000 people showed up to apply for public housing in East Point, GA for 455 available vouchers. Fights broke out, people were fainting from the heat while in line, and riot police showed up to handle the angry poor.

Fall/Winter 2010 Hip Hop Starting 4

Hate to say it but either the game ain't what it used to be or I'm just getting older so the appeal is different. Nonetheless, except for Nas, alot of MC's I used to listen to now are beginning to sound weak and as far as the artist I never even listened to before anyway i wonder how in the hell they even expect to sell any records. However with that comes a flock of fresh blood, MC's like my personal favorite Nipsey Hu$$le, Wale, and such; although I still have my fan favorites...which are the likes of the TI's , Ricky Rose', and the Game, personally I still dig hunger of new talent, fresh rhymes, and raw lyrics. Which leads us to my Fall/Winter 2010 MC Starting lineup:

1. Nipsey Hu$$le
